Socially Responsible Advertising Activity
Socially responsible advertising is a tourism/hospitality marketing philosophy, and it focuses a company’s efforts on what is in the best interest of society in the present and long-term.
Research at least two to three online YouTube videos, advertisements, or commercials that include examples of socially responsible management for the tourism/hospitality segment. Keep in mind that social responsibility is an ethical basis in managing an organization and suggests that there is obligation to act for the benefit of society at large. Social responsibility is a duty for every company and individual.
Explain how these examples seem authentic to you.
As a part of your assignment, ensure that you include the components listed below.
Explain the five promotion tools that were used in marketing and selling the product in your research.
Identify the roles of advertising in the promotional mix for the tourism/hospitality videos, advertisements, or commercials.
Explain how the tourism/hospitality companies you selected used public relations in communicating their marketing plan.
Your assignment must be a minimum of two pages in length. You must have an introductory statement. Ensure that you include a reference page to cite all examples that you are referencing. All references must follow APA style formatting. Your reference page does not count toward meeting the total page requirement.
