The purpose of the assignment is to practice analyzing a comparative financial statement using trend analysis methods. Trend analysis is used to assess financial health by evaluating changes in amounts. Moving from left to right in the Excel chart below, calculate the increase/decrease from the 2014-2015 amounts. Using the totals from the 2014-2015 calculation, determine the amount of difference from 2016. Refer to the dollar and percent change equations in the unit lesson and unit readings as a guide for completing the sample financial statement. Your mini project should be a minimum of one page in length. See attachment.
