“any given survey effort, survey programs are intended to produce change. Perhaps more progressive systems are designed to promote the discipline of change management, of listening and responding to important constituents and feedback about organizational performance.”
Some strategies to use surveys to help a global business is to use an employee survey in order to measure employee opinions, engagement, etc. This will help with understanding where your employees currently are in their mindset and how they feel about the company according to where the company thinks they are or where they want to be.
Another strategy to using surveys is for customer purposes. Customer surveys can help for customer follow-ups or to learn more about your customer demographics. Follow-up surveys will give you insight on how the staff and business is doing for the customer and their experiences. Demographics customer surveys will help you learn more about your customer base and it will give you insight on how to tailor your business better to its customers. Whether it is about their income levels, preferences, living areas, race, etc.
