Make sure to really dig into the stats early on – what do we see in terms of poverty by the numbers, the rates, the overall numbers, the concentration of poverty, etc. Then make sure to really dig into the why – what are some of the root causes, what research has been done. Then from there you can step back and consider the solutions. You have a very good start to this project.
