PMBOK (PMI, 2013) described PMO project governance as an oversight function that involves organization stakeholders and includes documented guidelines for roles and responsibilities as well as policies and procedures. Compare and contrast the PMO governance function of a global enterprise with that of a smaller organization. What are some challenges of PMO governance that are unique to a global enterprise? Present a specific example.
