Individual Weekly Write-Up (2 pages ) AND Individual Draft Work Scope Outline

Business Finance

I need two things:

1) Individual Draft Work Scope Outline

2) Content for (I) weekly write-ups:

  • The purpose of all short write-ups is to allow students to practice applying strategy constructs in the readings to the student’s client project & current events.
  • Use this format:
  • 1st paragraph(s): define the concept(s) from the reading or class discussion but not one of the UNST Business Goals. IN YOUR OWN WORDS (do not quote the concept from the book or any source you use). Hint: by illustrating your definition with an example, it will demonstrate to me your understanding of the concept.
  • 2nd paragraph(s): apply the concept(s) to your client, the readings, or class discussion(s). Make sure you focus on the strategic implications of how or why the concept(s) is/are relevant or not relevant to your application. Please include an example to illustrate your concept. It is perfectly fine to determine that the concept doesn’t fit your client. If you do so, explain and provide an example.
  • 3rd paragraph(s): apply the concept(s) to a current business issue in the news from the last 6 months. Make sure you focus on the strategic implications of how or why the concept(s) is/are relevant or not relevant to your application. Use at least one example to demonstrate your understanding of the concept.
  • 4th paragraph(s): Apply the UNST Business Goals in your ‘Weekly Writing #’ to Business Issue and Client
  • #1 – Apply impact of G3 – Diversity, Equity and Social Justice
  • #2 – Apply your understanding of G4 – Social and Ethical Responsibilities
  • #3 – Apply your understanding of G1 – Critical Thinking
  • #4 – Apply your understanding of G2 – Communication

Extra Credit – Either UNST Business Goal “Diversity, Equity, and Social Justice”

OR “Ethics & Social Responsibility” business goals to write about.

Are they relevant to your understanding of Business Issues & Client?

  • Finally, cite the news source for the current business issue
