Assignment Required:

In this assignment you will develop a critical appreciation of individual blocks and organisational barriers for “Petroleum Development Oman company” to creativity and innovation across multiple levels in this company: individual, group and organisation. The individual level demands critical analysis and evaluation of individual blocks to creative thinking applied in the context of your work organization. The organisational level demands critical analysis and evaluation of organisational barriers to creativity and innovation in the environment of Petroleum Development Oman.

1.Need to demonstrate a systematic understanding and critical appreciation of the process of creativity and innovation drawing on contemporary theories to support your evaluation and synthesis.

2.Critically analyse and evaluate individual blocks and organisational barriers to igniting and sustaining organisational creativity and innovation in your work organization.

3.Need to include an in-depth critical analysis in the context of your work organisation supported by quality academic sources introduced in guided learning and extended through independent research, critically evaluating alternative contemporary perspectives in order to draw meaningful conclusions and develop feasible recommendations.

4.Present your analysis and plan in report format of approximately 1500 words excluding references and appendices. Concise report writing is an important business skill. You will need to do the analysis in the context of your organisation before you start to write the report.
