I need a plan powerpoint presentation for the following question. It should contain written portion on each slide or in a separate word document. The presentation should be about 4-5 minutes in length for the following question:

Herman Miller Inc. has a long standing set of values and a deep-rooted culture.  Considering both areas, and looking forward, would you suggest these are healthy and largely supportive of good strategy execution?  What has served them will in the past, and what will continue to serve them well in the future?  Are there any adjustments in order?

It is appropriate and encouraged to incorporate information on the Company through their 2013 fiscal year year-end performance, in addressing the question.
