There is a couple of things that come to mind that I would offer to the employees to help make them more marketable. In the area where I live having a TWIC card is very important. Therefore, assisting everyone in making sure they have a TWIC card, and allowing the cost to be deducted from their payroll checks. I would also offer OSHA 30 classes to ensure they had the safety training to enter a workforce. Lastly, I would ask that the company offer a service to update and enhance each employee resume through a resume writing professional. It is always a challenge to tell someone they are going to be losing their job.
