Your Discussion Forum assignment this week is to first choose an industry sector with which you are familiar. That industry sector can be the one in which you are employed or are with which you are familiar. Good examples include: airline transportation; food services; retail outlets; pharmacies, medical or dental services; insurance, online retail, or any other business you have experience with and insight into.

Once you have decided on an industry segment (not a company), research online the following questions by finding industry Experts who can inform on the three questions below. Paraphrase or insert direct quotes from your expert resources that provide insight into each of these 3 questions. Finally, at the end of your posting, summarize what you have learned regarding quality issues, challenges, and problems in this industry segment:

  1. What do industry experts say are the most important factors found in a high quality product or service in this industry segment?
