A.T. Kearney is an American global management consulting firm. They have been collecting data on the world’s most important cities since 2008 for their Global Cities Index. In 2016, after years of holding 1st place in their Global Cities rankings, New York City lost the top spot to London. In 2017, New York City regained the lead and was again named their leading Global City of the year. New York City has remained at the top in 2018 and in 2019.
